I loved how close we were to Foodies Coffee Shop, just a few steps away, and the bed was super comfy after a day of exploring the lovely nearby Deddington Castle, which is only 500 meters down the road. it really made my city strolls enjoyable.

The cozy ambiance captured my heart while the shower head lacked proper function.

The staff provided excellent service and were very attentive throughout my stay. The cooked breakfast was not only well-prepared, but also a fantastic way to start the day.

There were minor cleanliness issues in the room.

We had a great time with friends visiting Bletchley Park and enjoying the Cotswolds. The breakfast was exceptional, and the evening meals were a highlight with options that impressed everyone. Staff were friendly and provided us with everything we needed. The location is perfect for exploring Oxford too. A fantastic stay overall!

One downside was the bathroom needing an update. the shower felt a bit outdated compared to the rest of the amenities. It would be nice to see that improved.

Perfect for a relaxing getaway

The staff are very welcoming and attentive, check-in was smooth as ice, and I was even given the room earlier than expected! Another highlight was the breakfast, it was freshly cooked and the English breakfast was the kind that could make you forget your problems for a while.

It wasn’t exactly cheap, but for the experience, I would say it was acceptable.

The Deddington Arms exudes character with a warm, inviting atmosphere, and the staff were exceptionally accommodating, making my stay feel delightful and comfortable for a senior traveler.

More accessible features would enhance senior comfort.

Dinner and breakfast were highlights, with homemade dishes served in a lovely restaurant setting. the bathroom was somewhat dated, and there were moments of inconvenience when reception was closed late at night.

the deddington arms was a nice choice for my stay. the staff was incredibly friendly and went out of their way to help me, especially when the bar staff assisted with a clean bathroom right away. my room was cozy and comfortable, making my one-night solo stay pleasant. also, the location was perfect for dining with a relaxed atmosphere around.
